A fellow Bigfoot enthusiast by the name of Don, hailing from the Kellogg area in northern Idaho, recently shared his fascinating encounters with Sasquatch on the YouTube channel, Sasquatch Theory. Idaho seems to be becoming a hotspot for Sasquatch sightings, and Don's experiences only add to the intrigue. Don, a 50-year-old outdoorsman, has had two encounters and one sighting in the same general area, near the top of Fourth of July Pass. His first encounter occurred while he and his best friend were woodcutting with their kids. All day long, Don heard whistles that he initially thought were his kids playing. However, his kids insisted they weren't whistling, and as the day went on, Don couldn't find any birds or other animals that made such a noise. As they were finishing up for the day, just as it was getting dark, a loud knock echoed through the woods. Don and his friend both knew it wasn't a woodpecker, and soon after, a tree crashed down in the distance. Upon investigating, they found a fresh, green tree that had been uprooted, and Don couldn't help but wonder if the whistles and the tree incident were connected. Don's second encounter took place during a camping trip with his wife, three kids, and two dogs. They arrived late and set up camp quickly, but as they settled in for the night, they heard a high-pitched scream right outside their tent. At first, Don thought someone was messing with them, so he and his wife grabbed their handguns and sat up in the bed, while the dogs hid under the mattresses. The screams continued throughout the night, sometimes close and other times farther away. In the morning, they packed up and left, with Don still wondering what kind of creature could make such a sound. What's particularly intriguing about Don's accounts is the Native American perspective shared by a woman in one of the Sasquatch Facebook groups. She explained that the word "Kiawah" can mean both "home" and "the hairy people of the Earth" in her language. While Don hasn't been able to verify this information, he finds it compelling and believes it could provide a glimpse into the mysterious nature of Sasquatch. These captivating stories from Don add to the ever-growing body of evidence supporting the existence of Sasquatch.
