In a recent video from the YouTube channel uNcomfortable podcast, host Eric Salaji shares an intriguing account from a guest named Charles Stevens. Charles, a resident of British Columbia, recounts a peculiar experience he had while setting up a trail camera in a hunting area.
Charles had placed the camera about seven and a half feet up in a tree, aiming it down towards a deer trail. After leaving it for a month, he returned to find the camera on the ground, with the strap still hanging from the tree but the buckle snapped. He searched the area and found the camera 20 yards away, facing the sky. Although there were no teeth or claw marks on the camera, the latches had been unlatched, suggesting that fingers might have been involved.
Upon examining the SD card, Charles found four anomalous shots with a tuft of hair in the corner of the lens, as if an arm had reached around from behind the tree to grab the case. Unfortunately, the camera hadn't captured anything substantial beyond those shots.
Charles also mentioned that bears are common in the area, but they usually don't interact with trail cameras. In this case, the absence of claw or teeth marks made it unlikely that a bear had taken the camera down.
Although the video doesn't explicitly mention Bigfoot or Sasquatch, the unusual circumstances surrounding the trail camera have led some to speculate about the involvement of these elusive creatures. As open-minded enthusiasts, we welcome all ideas and encourage readers to watch the video and draw their own conclusions.
