Sasquatch Angie, a Reddit user, has shared her incredible habituation and encounter story with the YouTube channel Ontario Cryptids. In a two-part series, Angie details her experiences with the Sasquatch clan from 2017 to 2021. At first, Sasquatch Angie didn't realize what was happening on her property. She followed knocks and scent trails, only to find tree structures and arrangements that baffled her. Eventually, she understood that Sasquatch had moved onto her land. The Sasquatch clan built daytime shelters in the swamp behind her house, and their interactions with her became more aggressive when they felt their space was being invaded. Angie's dogs were also affected by the Sasquatch's presence. They would surround her and her dogs when they were in the field, growl if she got too close to the woodline, and even harass her at night by pulling wires, jumping on the roof, and destroying her dish. Angie took numerous pictures of their structures and the Sasquatch themselves, but never managed to capture the perfect image. The Sasquatch would knock on trees, shake branches, scent areas, or leave gifts for Angie. She caught glimpses of them running through the woods, especially the juveniles who are more active during the daytime. One day, while taking pictures in the swamp, Angie was threatened by a Sasquatch. She was approached from the left side while slightly turned to the right, her right arm extended. She heard a crunch of leaves and a snort, assuming it was a deer. However, the next crunch and snort were right on her, freezing her in terror. Angie lived in constant fear for about a month, eventually seeking help from multiple Bigfoot groups and even going to the police. No one took her seriously until someone suggested she talk to the Sasquatch and ask them to stop. Realizing that they were using psychological warfare, Angie approached the Sasquatch and made promises, which she has kept. After their encounter, she took down all the lights and game cams, and the Sasquatch watched her as she did so. Angie's relationship with the Sasquatch clan improved over time. They would acknowledge her with knocks, and a young female even stayed close to the house, chittering to her. Angie describes the chittering as so fast that no human could imitate it. In 2021, bulldozers destroyed over 300 acres around Angie's property, including the Sasquatch's tunnel home. However, the Sasquatch clan has adapted and continues to migrate through her land. Angie's story is a powerful reminder that Sasquatch are intelligent, organized beings, not apes or monsters. They deserve respect and should not be considered inferior to humans.
