Paranormal enthusiasts, have you heard about the latest mystery to hit the headlines? According to a video from the YouTube channel Paranormal Portal, historians are stumped by the contents of a historic 1820s time capsule.
The time capsule, discovered at the base of the Kusciusko Monument during excavation works on the grounds of West Point US Military Academy, was set to be opened at a live ceremony. However, when the lid was finally lifted, the box was found to be empty.
West Point archaeologist Paul Hudson expressed his surprise at the discovery, stating, "We don't want to think that they went to all that trouble to put this box in the monument and not put anything in it." Instead, Hudson plans to collect the silt from the box and screen it to see if any remains can be found.
The video, titled "WICKED WEDNESDAY - TERRIFYING ENCOUNTERS - Creatures, UFOs, Ghosts and MORE!", also features co-hosts Brent Thomas and D. Longbeard discussing the latest news in the paranormal world. The pair are known for their lively and entertaining commentary, and this video is no exception.
As Brent Thomas notes in the video, "This is absolutely live and unrehearsed and unscripted completely... Whatever you hear during the course of this show it's coming right out of the source."
