Oklahoma Housewife's Childhood Encounter with a Lakefront Sasquatch

Curious, Michelle peered through the thin sheer curtains covering the window and saw a large, hairy figure standing on the deck. The Sasquatch was bent over because it was too big to stand upright on the deck. Michelle could only see the outline of the creature, as it was covered in fur and the lights on the deck illuminated it just enough to make out its shape. Suddenly, the Sasquatch slammed its hand against the kitchen door, causing it to buckle in the middle. The force of the impact shook the entire cabin, and Michelle's aunt and uncle's little poodle came running in, barking frantically. The Sasquatch, startled by the dog, leaped off the porch and disappeared into the night. Michelle's uncle and grandfather came running into the room, armed and ready to investigate. They found the door severely damaged, with a large footprint-like mark in the middle. Despite their best efforts, they couldn't open the door, as it had been warped by the impact. The next day, the family had to replace the door, as it was irreparably damaged.
