In a recent video from the YouTube channel Ray Harwood, Bigfoot Quest magazine hosts a virtual roundtable discussion with special guests Carl Crew, Daniel Perez, and Thomas Sewid. The topic of the discussion is the late Peter Byrne, a renowned figure in the Bigfoot community. Daniel Perez, a Southern California native, shares his introduction to the world of Bigfoot through the movie "The Legend of Boggy Creek." As the editor and publisher of the Bigfoot Times, which has been in circulation for over a quarter of a century, Perez brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the conversation. He shares that the upcoming September issue of the Bigfoot Times will be exclusively devoted to Peter Byrne, who passed away on July 28th. Carl Crew, great-nephew of the famous Jerry Crew, shares his personal connection to the Bigfoot community. Jerry Crew was the logger who discovered the famous plaster cast of a Bigfoot footprint in 1958. Carl recently spent two and a half years writing a feature film about Jerry Crew's life, titled "The Print." During his research, Carl had the opportunity to interview Peter Byrne multiple times and was struck by Byrne's vast knowledge and experience. Thomas Sewid, a First Nations Indian from Northeastern Vancouver Island, shares his encounter with Peter Byrne and Bob Gimlin at a Sasquatch conference in 1997. Sewid, who at the time was not yet an active Sasquatch investigator, was invited to speak on stage about his First Nations perspectives on Sasquatch. During his speech, Sewid delved deep into the cultural significance of Sasquatch in his tribe, causing Peter Byrne to squirm in his seat. Overall, the video provides a fascinating look into the lives and experiences of these individuals within the Bigfoot community, as well as a tribute to the late Peter Byrne. Be sure to check out the video for yourself and delve deeper into the world of Bigfoot.
