A new video from the YouTube channel Don't Touch My Sasquatch Podcast has caught the attention of the Bigfoot community. The video, titled "Description on the Australian Bigfoot," delves into the legends and folklore surrounding the creature in Australia.
The video begins with a discussion on the first European written description of the Australian Bigfoot, which dates back to the 19th century. According to the description, the creature is said to resemble a man of nearly the same height with long white hair hanging down from their heads over the features. The arms are extraordinarily long and furnished with great talons, and the feet turn backwards, leaving an imprint of the foot that appears as if the being was traveling in the opposite direction.
The video also touches on the two types of Yowies, also known as Yahoos, that are believed to exist in Australia. The first type, the Yahoo, is said to be shorter, standing at around four to five feet tall, and more human-like in appearance. The second type, the Yahweh, is described as being much taller, standing at a staggering 10 to 11 feet tall.
Eyewitness accounts of the Yowie describe it as having an ape-like face with large flat noses, human-like dark eyes, a huge mouth with human-like teeth, bat-like ears, and eight black characteristics in the face shape. Some accounts describe the creature as having a mostly hairless face with leathery looking blackish or gray skin, while others describe it as having long hair around the cheeks and chin. The head is often described as cone-shaped, similar to that of a gorilla, or as having a large hair-covered head with an extremely short neck.
The video also discusses the creature's physical strength, which is said to be many times greater than that of a human. The Yowie is said to possess two to four inch long brown hair on its back and sides, and a lighter color fur on its head, arms, and legs. The creature is often seen walking on two legs, with feet much larger than a human's, and its footprints are inconsistent in shape and tone, making it difficult to track.
