If you're a fan of all things cryptozoology and paranormal, then you'll want to check out this unboxing video from the YouTube channel Left of Center. In the video, the host opens up a monthly subscription box called Cryptid Crate, which is filled with items related to cryptozoology and the paranormal.
The theme of this particular box is the "Wild and Wonderful Cryptids of West Virginia," and it includes a t-shirt featuring various cryptids from the state, including the Flatwoods Monster, the Mothman, and Bigfoot. The t-shirt is wrapped in what looks to be a t-shirt, featuring the same cryptids as the t-shirt.
In addition to the t-shirt and sticker, the box also includes a postcard from Blackness, Scotland, a print of the Mothman, a book by Dr. Russell Jones called "Tracking the Stone Man: West Virginia's Bigfoots," and a lunchbox or cooler with the phrase "West Virginia is for Monster Lovers" printed on it.
The host of the video seems a bit underwhelmed by the quality of some of the items, particularly the t-shirt, but overall they seem to enjoy the unique and spooky theme of the box. However, they do mention that one item, a snarly bottle opener, was missing from the box, but they later found it had slipped under the packaging.
If you're interested in checking out Cryptid Crate for yourself, it runs for $43.99 a month and includes four to seven items in each box. You can cancel at any time, but hopefully, you'll find the items to be so awesome that you won't want to.
It's worth noting that the host of the video is not affiliated with Cryptid Crate, and the opinions expressed in the video are their own. But if you're a fan of cryptozoology and the paranormal, it might be worth checking out this subscription box for yourself. Who knows, you might just discover a new favorite cryptid.
