In a video posted on the YouTube channel Untold Radio Network, Shane Corson, a researcher and Bigfoot enthusiast, shares his journey from being a kid in Scotland fascinated by cryptids to becoming a dedicated Bigfoot researcher in the Pacific Northwest. Corson was born in Glasgow, Scotland and moved to Southern California in 1993 at the age of 13. He recalls how he had to lose his Scottish accent because people couldn't understand him. He now resides in the Pacific Northwest, an area known for its high concentration of Bigfoot sightings and activity. Corson's interest in cryptids, including Bigfoot, was sparked by his mother who encouraged him to read books and watch programs on the subject. He was particularly drawn to the Patterson-Gimlin film and the possibility of the existence of Sasquatch in the United States. As he grew older, Corson's fascination with Bigfoot only deepened. He began reaching out to witnesses in California, documenting their reports and trying to determine the validity of the sightings. He eventually moved to Oregon in 2008 and then to Washington State in 2017, where he continues to conduct research and document reports of Bigfoot sightings. Corson has spoken with numerous witnesses over the years, collecting their stories and adding to the body of evidence surrounding the existence of Bigfoot. He estimates that he has spoken with a couple hundred witnesses, each with their own unique account of a possible encounter with the elusive creature. In the video, Corson also discusses the possibility of Bigfoot sightings in Southern California, where he used to reside. He notes that the mountain ranges in California are similar to those in the Pacific Northwest, and that it is possible that Sasquatch could still reside in some of those areas. Corson's passion for Bigfoot research is evident in the video, as he shares his personal journey and the steps he has taken to learn more about this enigmatic creature. He encourages others to keep an open mind and to continue documenting and sharing their own Bigfoot sightings and experiences.
