Mysterious Creature & Red Sea Lights: Unexplained UK Encounter

In the mid-90s, the narrator and a friend witnessed a strange creature in a backyard in the south coast of the UK. The creature was thin, with shiny skin, a full body latex suit, elongated head, and long, pointy fingers. It had a peculiar gait and no visible eyes or orifices. The creature was spotted under a security light and ran towards the woods when it noticed the two individuals. The encounter remains unexplained, and the narrator has been unable to identify the creature. Later, the same narrator and a friend observed a series of red lights flickering and moving rapidly on the surface of the sea. The lights moved incredibly fast, like no known boat, and formed a flotilla. They disappeared and reappeared in the same spot, creating a bizarre and unexplained spectacle. The narrator suggests that aliens or unknown sea creatures might be responsible for the phenomenon.
