Her tire tracks were visible on the other side of the gate where she had driven through the previous night. The grandfather told her that gate hadn't been opened since the 1960s, due to a Bigfoot attack. And if she had gone just half a mile further down that road, there's an abandoned Volkswagen bus that was flipped over back in the 60s.
