Exciting news for Bigfoot enthusiasts! A new Sasquatch festival is coming to Mount Hood, Oregon, and it promises to be a family-friendly event filled with vendors, food, and educational opportunities.
The festival, which will take place April 11th-13th, will feature speakers from the North American Bigfoot Center, including the center's assistant sales manager, Cap, and Joy, as well as Cliff Eric from the North American Bigfoot Center who will be speaking at the event. The festival will also include paranormal investigators and a sneak preview of the Sasquatch exhibit at the resort.
The North American Bigfoot Center is a science-based organization dedicated to the study of Sasquatch. They have a museum filled with historical artifacts and conducts research in the woods. During the festival, they plan to highlight their work and share some of the great things they've been doing over the past year.
Other speakers at the festival include Dr. Jeff Meldrum, professor of anatomy and physiology at Idaho State University, Markham Selvig, who spent 8 years rediscovering the site of the Ape Canyon Cabin on Mount Saint Helens, and Michael Freeman, son of the late Paul Freeman, a well-known researcher in the field.
The festival will also have vendors selling woodsy, Sasquatch-themed items and food. There will be meet and greets with the speakers, and paranormal investigators will be on hand to explore the question of where Sasquatch goes and how to get there.
The festival is the brainchild of a regular at the Quest Museum who wanted to bring something to the area. Mount Hood is a beautiful location for Sasquatch sightings, and the resort has the space to host the event.
If you're interested in attending, tickets are available through the Mount Hood, Oregon Resort website. Some events, such as the Big Guy App Pass and meet and greets, have limited numbers, so act quickly if you're interested in those.
This is an exciting opportunity for Bigfoot believers to learn more about the mystical creature and connect with others who share their passion. Make sure to mark your calendars and get your tickets soon!
