A fascinating first-hand account of a close encounter with a Sasquatch has recently surfaced on the YouTube channel, Sasquatch Theory. The witness, Katherine, shared her experience of seeing a Bigfoot while picking huckleberries in the Shiny Rock Wilderness area of North Carolina in the 1980s.
According to Katherine, she was hiking with her husband, brother-in-law, and sister-in-law when they came across the Sasquatch. At first, she thought it was a gorilla that had escaped from a zoo, as she had never considered the possibility of Sasquatch being real. However, as she observed the creature, she noticed its distinct features, such as its massive size, blackish-brown hair, and protruding jaw.
Katherine described the Sasquatch as being about four to five times the size of a normal bear and standing upright with long arms. She mentioned that the creature was frantically eating berries, and its hair was a dark blackish-brown color, with some red and orangish-red tones reflecting in the sun.
Interestingly, Katherine's husband and brother-in-law, both ex-military veterans, were carrying weapons and seemed panicked after the encounter. They quickly decided to take a different route out of the area, which made Katherine realize that they knew what they had seen.
This encounter is a fascinating addition to the body of evidence supporting the existence of Sasquatch. The witness's detailed description of the creature's appearance and behavior provides valuable insights into the possible nature of these elusive beings.
