A few days ago, I stumbled upon an interesting video on YouTube featuring Terry Wendell, also known as Rock Hill Bigfoot, sharing his experiences and insights as a Bigfoot investigator.
Terry Wendell, a seasoned Bigfoot investigator from Rock Hill, South Carolina, has been involved in the field since 2013. However, his fascination with the mysterious creature dates back to his childhood, when he had numerous strange encounters on his grandmother's farm in upstate South Carolina. Terry describes feeling watched and hearing unusual noises, including what sounded like a woman being beaten, which he later realized could have been Bigfoot vocalizations.
As a child, Terry had limited resources to understand these experiences, but the release of the Patterson-Gimlin film and the movie "The Legend of Boggy Creek" helped him make sense of what he had heard and seen. Despite his initial fears, Terry eventually overcame his apprehension and began exploring the woods more frequently, driven by his love for the outdoors.
Terry emphasizes the importance of respect when interacting with Bigfoot and believes that many negative encounters are a result of human actions, such as disturbing their habitat or food sources. He encourages people to be mindful of their behavior in the woods and treat Bigfoot's home with the same respect they would afford to their own.
During the interview, Terry also shares his belief that Bigfoot is not inherently vicious and that the creatures are generally curious about humans. He looks forward to the day when one of them approaches him and initiates contact.
If you're interested in learning more about Terry Wendell's experiences and insights, I highly recommend watching the full video on YouTube. It's a fascinating conversation that offers a unique perspective on Bigfoot and our relationship with these elusive creatures.
