Michigan Bigfoot Encounters: Chilling Tales from Calhoun and Ross Counties

A new set of fascinating Bigfoot encounters have been reported in Michigan, and we're excited to share them with you! These stories come to us from the YouTube channel Bigfoot Encounters Narrated, and they're definitely worth a watch. The first encounter takes us back to Calhoun County, Michigan in 1979. Two friends were exploring the woods near the witness's home when they stumbled upon an old apple orchard. As they walked, they noticed the silence was deafening, with no sounds of birds or animals to be heard. Suddenly, the wind picked up and they heard a loud thumping and crunching sound, like something large was moving through the woods. They turned to see a large, upright animal covered in dark reddish-gray hair, about 3-4 feet tall and with legs thicker than the witness's body. The creature quickly disappeared into the brush, leaving the friends shaken but unharmed. In the summer of 1980, two friends went fishing at Fletcher's Pond in Michigan. Around midnight, they heard a loud roar coming from the shoreline and something splashed into the water near their boat. The following day, they returned to the same spot and found large footprints with distinct toes. As they explored the area, one of the friends heard a limb snap and saw a thicket moving, but they couldn't see anything inside. Later that year, in Ross common County, Michigan, two friends were driving home from a party when something large and furry ran in front of their van. The creature had a small head with bloodshot eyes and long, brown matted fur with a blonde tint. It stood upright and looked at the friends before disappearing into the woods. Finally, in September 1980, a hunter in Monroe County, Michigan had a terrifying encounter with a massive, 7-foot tall Bigfoot. The creature had reddish-brown fur, a flat nose, and black eyes. It stood just off the trail, staring at the witness for several moments before disappearing into the underbrush. These encounters are a great reminder of the mystery and excitement that surrounds Bigfoot sightings.
