Kentucky Resident's Chilling Bigfoot Encounter with Mysterious Sounds and Escape

The witness, Tommy, describes an experience that took place in Webster County, Kentucky, back in the late 1970s. Tommy and his friends decided to explore a thicket in an abandoned oil field road one quiet night. As they ventured deeper into the woods, they heard what sounded like children playing on a school ground. Puzzled by this, they continued their exploration, only to be met with more strange occurrences. One of the individuals in the point position yelled out, claiming to have seen something. Soon after, a loud splash was heard, and one of the witnesses claimed to have seen a black shape, the size of a human, wearing a backpack. The group quickly became suspicious of each other, accusing one another of playing a prank. As they made their way back to their truck, they heard loud, rhythmic beating on the side of the vehicle. Despite being in close proximity to one another, none of the group members admitted to causing the noise. Frightened, they all scrambled to get into their trucks and leave the area. Tommy and his friend still discuss this encounter to this day, unable to find a rational explanation for the strange occurrences they experienced.
