Bigfoot sightings have been reported for decades, with many people claiming to have captured the elusive creature on video. The YouTube channel Cryptids, Wildfood & Outdoors has compiled a list of the top five Bigfoot videos of all time, and I am excited to share my thoughts on these fascinating clips.
Coming in at number five is the Stacy Brown Jr thermal footage. Stacy Brown Jr, a Florida resident and Bigfoot researcher, captured this video using a thermal camera in May 2012 at Terra State Park. The video shows a large humanoid figure moving between the trees, and Stacy believes it is evidence of the real thing. While many videos of Bigfoot are grainy or blurry, this one is remarkably clear, making it a compelling piece of evidence.
At number four is a video of a juvenile Sasquatch stealing a chicken. The video was reportedly taken in 2022, likely in Canada, and shows two young Bigfoot creatures in close proximity to the cameraman. The clarity of the video is impressive, and it offers a rare glimpse into the family dynamics of the Bigfoot species.
The third video on the list is well-known footage taken in the Blue Mountains of Washington state in August 1992. Former forest service ranger and avid outdoorsman Paul Freeman captured footage of a Bigfoot creature and potentially a juvenile in a remote area of Oregon's Blue Mountains. The video is compelling evidence of the existence of Bigfoot, and Freeman's heavy breathing and evident shock convey the excitement of witnessing this unfolding event.
Coming in at number two is a remarkable video shot on Independence Day 2010. The footage offers a rare glimpse into the family dynamics of the Bigfoot species, showing a large bipedal figure gently holding a smaller one presumed to be a Bigfoot juvenile. The clarity of the video is impressive, and the natural unguarded movements of the subjects are fascinating to watch.
And the number one spot goes to the Patterson-Gimlin film, also known as the Patterson film or the PGF. This American short motion picture was shot in 1967 in Northern California and has been the subject of numerous attempts to authenticate or debunk it. The film shows a Bigfoot creature walking along a creek bed, and many experts believe it is the best evidence of the existence of Bigfoot.
While some skeptics dismiss these videos as hoaxes, Bigfoot believers like myself see them as compelling evidence of the existence of this elusive creature. I encourage all Bigfoot enthusiasts to watch these videos and decide for themselves. Who knows, they may just be convinced that Bigfoot is real!
