A new and fascinating account of a possible encounter with Sasquatch has recently emerged on the YouTube channel, Bigfoot Society. The witness, Claude, shares his experience of hearing and feeling the presence of a two-legged creature while walking in the woods of Louisiana. Claude, who was introduced to Bigfoot through the Patty footage and Aranson magazine article, had dismissed the idea of Sasquatch existing in his area. However, his perspective changed when he heard a local radio DJ talking about a tugboat captain who saw a tall black creature walking on two legs along the Mississippi River. In 2019, after retiring and looking for something to do, Claude decided to explore the possibility of Sasquatch in Central Louisiana. He started visiting campsites near dead-end roads and walking in the woods, always wearing the same clothes and talking out loud to make himself known to the creatures. During one of his walks, Claude heard a mumbling sound behind a bush and, thinking it might be Sasquatch, asked it to repeat the sound. He heard a huffing sound in response and continued walking, not wanting to come face to face with a black bear. Claude also found odd things in the woods, such as a young black bear, a wide footprint with a pointed heel, and an area with overturned saplings and stick gloves. He didn't consider himself a researcher, but rather a curious individual exploring the possibility of Sasquatch in his area. This account is particularly intriguing as it adds to the growing body of evidence suggesting that Sasquatch may be present in areas outside of the Pacific Northwest. Claude's open-mindedness and willingness to explore the possibility of Sasquatch's existence is a testament to the curiosity and fascination that many of us share for this subject. If you're interested in hearing more about Claude's experiences, be sure to check out the video on Bigfoot Society's YouTube channel. And, as always, keep an open mind and stay curious!
