Western Colorado Bigfoot Encounter: A Field Researcher's Chilling Account

A chilling encounter with a possible Bigfoot was recently shared on the YouTube channel Creek Devil. In the video, a man recounts his experience of hearing eerie howls and noises while fishing with a friend in western Colorado, around the year 2000. The howls, described as "demon-like" and "filling up the whole southeastern part of the woods," grew closer and more intense as the night went on, eventually causing the two fishermen to flee in fear. According to the man, the howls were unlike anything he had ever heard before, and he had grown up in Colorado and was familiar with the sounds of local wildlife. He also noted that no other animals were making noise during the encounter, adding to the eerie atmosphere. The man's friend described the sounds as reminiscent of the Blair Witch, but the man himself had not seen the movie at the time and couldn't make the comparison. After the encounter, the two men quickly gathered their belongings and left the area, not returning until the following week in the daylight. This is not the only possible Bigfoot encounter the man has had. He also recounts a time when he was camping at the Flat Tops and heard something large and heavy moving around his tent in the middle of the night. Despite his curiosity, he chose not to investigate, not wanting to potentially come face to face with a Sasquatch in the dark. The Flat Tops area has a history of Bigfoot sightings and encounters, with reports of large, bipedal creatures being seen and heard in the area. The man's experiences add to this history, and it's possible that the same creature or creatures may have been responsible for both encounters.
