A recent video posted on YouTube by the channel Tate Hieronymus has caught the attention of Bigfoot enthusiasts. The video, titled "Oregon Bigfoot - Episode 13 (Sasquatch: A Search for SABE)," features Tate and his team on a research trip to Melody Camp, located in Mount Hood National Forest in Oregon. Tate explains that the name "Melody Camp" comes from an encounter he had in the summer of 2021, where he heard mysterious vocalizations with a melodious or sing-song cadence. These sounds were compared to recordings made by the North American Bigfoot Center and found to be strikingly similar. The team spends the night at Melody Camp, attempting to make contact with the elusive Sasquatch through wood knocks. Unfortunately, they do not hear any knocks or calls before turning in for the night. However, the next morning, Ron has something odd to show Tate. Ron had placed audio recorders on each end of the camp, but both died within a couple of hours of deployment. Coincidentally, Freya, a member of the team, had gotten up to use the restroom around 6:00 AM and noticed that the apples they had left out as a gift for potential Bigfoot or wildlife had disappeared. The team contemplates the possibilities of what could have taken the apples, considering the small time frame and the fact that nocturnal animals would typically be settling in for the night at that hour. They also consider the boldness of a Sasquatch coming down to the camp during daylight hours. While the video doesn't provide definitive proof of a Bigfoot sighting, it does offer an intriguing look into the experiences of Bigfoot researchers and the mysteries that continue to surround the elusive creature.
