Bigfoot Researcher's Unforgettable Encounter in Area X

In a recent video from the YouTube channel Sasquatch Odyssey, Bigfoot researcher Brian Brown shares his journey into the world of Sasquatch research. Brian grew up in Southern California in the 1970s, where Bigfoot was a prominent part of the culture. His interest was reignited as an adult when he came across a copy of John Green's "Sasquatch Files" in the trash. This led him to start the Bigfoot Forums website, where he could connect with other like-minded individuals and share information. Brian's first experience in the woods specifically looking for Bigfoot was with researcher Bob Strain in 2003. However, it wasn't until 2007, during a trip to Area X, that he had his first significant encounter. While he didn't see anything that first night, he and his fellow researchers heard strange noises and even saw boulders being thrown. One of the most memorable experiences Brian shared from his time in Area X was an encounter with an ape-like creature in 2010. He and his friends Rich and Daryl were sitting around the campsite at night when Rich spotted something with his "supernatural night vision." Brian and Daryl were able to see the ape through their night vision and thermal scopes. The creature was holding onto a tree and watching them for 20 minutes before eventually climbing down and running away. Brian noted that these creatures are "just very patient animals" and often seem to want to keep an eye on researchers.
