Hunter's Encounters: Bigfoot Sightings from Georgia to Alaska

As an adult, Steve enlisted in the Air Force and was stationed in Alaska, where he became a prolific fisherman, hunter, and trapper. He never came across anything that he couldn't account for, except for one experience while traveling by truck from Ellison Air Force Base to Elmendorf Air Force Base in Anchorage. The truck blew a tire, and the spare was flat, leaving them stranded in the middle of nowhere. They noticed a cache several miles back that looked abandoned, and upon arriving, they found it was inhabited. The people took them in, fed them, and gave them shelter. Steve began to ask about any possible Bigfoot sightings, and the people told him stories of Bigfoot sightings in conjunction with UFO sightings. However, once they discovered Steve was in the Air Force, all talk of Bigfoot and UFOs stopped.
