Logger's Encounter with Sasquatch and Fifth Dimension in Oregon: Listeners' Input Invited

A fascinating account of a possible Sasquatch encounter from the 1950s has recently surfaced on the Bigfoot Society YouTube channel. The story comes from a gentleman who grew up in Northern California and had a close encounter with a Sasquatch while working on his family's ranch. The witness, who remains anonymous, describes his family's ranch as being located in a sparsely populated area of Lake County, surrounded by wine country and rugged terrain. In 1958, the witness and his brother took on the task of irrigating their family's walnut orchard 24 hours a day, moving two miles of irrigation pipe every eight hours. One Sunday night, while making their rounds in the orchard, they noticed someone walking in the field. From their vantage point, they could only see the person from the waist down, but they knew it wasn't anyone they had hired to help with the irrigation. The witness goes on to describe the figure as being large and hairy, with long arms that nearly reached the ground. The Sasquatch appeared to be aware of the witness's presence, but didn't seem to be threatened by them. After observing the creature for a few moments, the witness and his brother decided to leave the area, feeling uneasy about the encounter. This account is particularly intriguing due to the witness's detailed description of the Sasquatch and the fact that the encounter took place in the 1950s, long before the Sasquatch became a popular topic of conversation.
