In a recent video from Trent The Traveler, we join him on his journey through the Pacific Northwest, an area known for its dense, lush forests and the legend of Sasquatch. Trent explores the National Bigfoot Center outside of Portland, Oregon, where he learns about the history of Sasquatch sightings and encounters in the region. One of the stories he discovers is about Ape Canyon, where a group of miners in the early 1900s reported having several encounters with Sasquatch over the course of several nights. The miners described the creatures as being 7-8 feet tall, and they left behind giant footprints surrounding their cabin. At the National Bigfoot Center, Trent also learns about Dr. Bamban's research on using reproductive pheromones from great apes and humans as a possible attractant for Sasquatches. He even gets to smell a bottle of the pheromones, which is said to have successfully produced Sasquatch encounters in the field. Trent then goes on a hike through a remote wilderness area, specifically choosing a trail that is not popular in order to increase his chances of having a Sasquatch encounter. He describes the forest as "hauntingly beautiful" and mentions feeling like he's being watched as he walks along the trail. I find Trent's journey and the stories he shares to be fascinating. It's always exciting to hear about new encounters and research being done on Sasquatch. I highly recommend checking out Trent's video for yourself and learning more about the legend of Sasquatch in the Pacific Northwest.
