Exciting news for all Bigfoot enthusiasts! The YouTube channel Squatch America recently shared their experience at the Olympic Strange Days, a unique outdoor conference featuring guest speakers and field experiences. The event was attended by Tobe Johnson, who played a significant role in the conference, and Dorothy Jewell from Granite, Oregon. The Olympic Strange Days offered a different style of conference, with dactic field experiences for those interested in the weird and wacky world of Bigfoot. The small group of attendees had the opportunity to learn from experts such as Dr. Simeon Hine of Dark Matter Monsters, who taught remote viewing and track casting. Tobe Johnson shared his experiences and mistakes in track casting, and the group found actual barefooted tracks down in the mud near a lake. Rich Dermo, an ex-lawman and part of the Melba Ketchum study, taught evidence collection and led a field trip to retrieve a game cam that had been left out in the woods. The attendees also learned fingerprint collection techniques. Despite a hurricane in North Carolina and high winds in the Olympic Peninsula, the conference went on as planned. Dorothy Jewell shared her experience during the first night, which included hunkering down in her tent as the wind picked up and caused canopies and trees to crash around them. Squatch America did an excellent job of creating an immersive experience for the attendees, with stories and experiences shared around the campfire. Nancy Fry, who helped design the Olympic Strange Days logo, shared her experiences working on movies and hanging out with Kevin Costner on the set of Postman. The Olympic Strange Days conference was a success, bringing together like-minded individuals to learn and share their experiences in the world of Bigfoot.
