Colorado Bigfoot Encounter: Man Recounts Foggy, Terrifying Hike Near Breckenridge

The story comes from Vincent, who reached out to the Bigfoot Society after experiencing something strange during a hike with a friend's dog. Vincent had recently moved to Breckenridge, Colorado, after leaving his job in downtown Boston during the pandemic. He was excited to embrace the nature and beauty of his new home, often taking the dog on hikes in his free time. On this particular day, the weather was foggy and rainy, creating a unique gradient of the trees that Vincent could see as he hiked. He noticed that the trees closest to him were completely black, while the trees further away were grayish in tone. As he continued on the trail, he suddenly felt a wave of terror wash over him, causing him to panic. He couldn't explain where the feeling was coming from, but it was so intense that he forgot the dog was even with him. Vincent is a concealed carry permit holder in Colorado and usually carries his weapon while hiking for protection against mountain lions, black bears, and moose.
