A chilling encounter with a Sasquatch was reported by moose hunters in Ontario, Canada in 1962. The hunters, who were experienced in moose hunting, were guided by experts who knew how to blow a moose bugle to call in the animals. However, on the third day of their hunt, they had a terrifying encounter that left them shaken.
Mark, who was 16 years old at the time, was hunting with his uncle and guide Ralph, while his dad and guide Pierre hunted in a different area. They had been unsuccessful in their hunt so far, but on the third day, Ralph heard something in the distance. He led Mark and his uncle to a patch of tall grass and instructed them to sit down and wait.
Ralph blew his moose bugle, and after a few minutes, they heard a loud thrashing sound coming towards them. They expected to see a moose, but instead, a massive Sasquatch appeared just 20 feet away from them. The creature was over 9 feet tall, with black hair, broad shoulders, and a menacing face. It stared at them for a few moments before silently disappearing into the trees.
The hunters were left stunned and shaken by the encounter. They had heard stories of Sasquatch before, but never expected to encounter one themselves. The experience left a lasting impression on Mark, who still remembers the details vividly to this day.
