Two Distinct Cryptid Sightings: White Creature in Texas and Pterodon-like Being in Illinois

In a chilling video posted to the YouTube channel Horror Den of Misfits, two separate accounts of cryptid sightings are shared, each one more terrifying than the last. The first story takes place in Northwestern Indiana, where a father and son were fishing by the banks of the Little Calumet River. As they were packing up their gear, they heard a sound that resembled train brakes, but there was no train in sight. Suddenly, something flew from their left toward some trees on the other side of the river. At first, they thought it was a giant bird, but as it flew straight up and over the Trestle bridge, they realized it was unlike any bird they had ever seen before. A man named Wendell Brockway and his brother-in-law were hauling hay when they saw a giant white creature standing up and yelling. The creature had long hairs on its arms and body, and its appearance made the hair on the back of their necks stand up. They turned the car around to get a closer look, but by the time they returned, the creature was gone. Wendell reported the sighting, but his wife and sister didn't believe him. These stories serve as a reminder of the mysterious and unexplained creatures that may still be lurking in the shadows. While some may dismiss these accounts as hoaxes or misidentifications, others see them as evidence of the existence of cryptids.
