As he continued through the tree grove, he spotted a massive, bipedal figure, about 8 feet tall, covered in hair. The creature sprinted away with incredible speed, leaving the hunter both puzzled and amazed. The final encounter took place in a redwood forest near Crescent City in August 1995. The crew of an adventure television show was filming an episode when they spotted a massive, shaggy figure standing around 7.5 feet tall. The creature walked on two legs, and its movements were strikingly similar to the famous Sasquatch from the Patterson-Gimlin film.
