Werewolf Encounter in Small Town: Park Ranger's Chilling Tale

The story comes from a park ranger with 12 years of experience, who recounts a harrowing encounter with an unknown creature. According to the ranger, two college students were trekking through the woods when they stumbled upon a large tree that had fallen over them. However, the ranger reveals that what really happened was far more sinister. A massive canine had leapt out of nowhere, attacking both of them. The creature dragged one of the girls off and ripped the other girl in half, spilling out her innards on the tree below. The ranger and his partner found the bodies less than 100 feet away from each other, and despite there being several witnesses, no trace of the creature was ever found. The bodies were so mangled that recognition was nearly impossible, and dental records had to be used to identify them. The ranger admits that he has no idea what could have done this or why it happened, but he knows one thing for sure - seeing a young woman like that ripped apart by something like a werewolf really does a number on you.
