Louisiana Man's Close Encounters: Bigfoot Sightings in Rapides and Grant Parishes

A new video posted on YouTube by the channel X For The Unknown has caught my attention, and I just had to share it with all of you fellow Bigfoot enthusiasts! The video, titled "4 True Louisiana Bigfoot Encounters," features four different accounts of people's close encounters with Sasquatch in Louisiana. The first story takes us back to the late 70s in Rapids Parish, where a young girl was camping with her family. One night, she woke up to the sounds of raccoons rummaging through the garbage cans. As she watched them, she noticed that they kept glancing towards the woods. Suddenly, she heard a loud splash and saw two large creatures emerge from the creek. The creatures were at least 7 feet tall, covered in hair, and made deep growling and grunting sounds. The eyewitness was so scared that she hid under her blankets and didn't come out until she was sure the creatures were gone. The second story takes place in Grant Parish, where a man heard strange howls and loud wood knocks outside his home. One night, he saw a large creature standing by a tree in his yard. The eyewitness described the creature as being at least 8 feet tall, with broad shoulders and long arms. The man's dog ran towards the creature, but fortunately, it didn't seem to harm the dog. The eyewitness managed to take a picture of the creature with his phone, which is featured in the video. The third story is from the summer of 1980 in Leeville, Louisiana. Three friends decided to explore some woods just off what locals called the Texas Highway. As they were making their way through the woods, they suddenly saw two creatures crouched down by a stream, drinking water. The creatures looked like human-like apes, completely covered in dark brown hair. The eyewitnesses described them as being surprisingly quiet as they ran through the woods. The fourth and final story is from C Parish, Louisiana. A man was out in his boat, scouting for places to duck hunt. As he was sneaking up on a pond, he caught a glimpse of a creature that seemed to be over six feet tall, with shaggy dark brown hair, walking upright like a human. The eyewitness described the creature as having an incredibly sharp sense of smell. These four stories are a great reminder of how mysterious and elusive Sasquatch can be. The witnesses all describe the creatures as being at least 7 feet tall, covered in hair, and having a strong odor. These are all common characteristics that are often associated with Bigfoot sightings. I highly recommend checking out the video and listening to the witnesses' accounts in their own words.
