Cousin's Chilling 1979 Bigfoot Encounter in Ontario's Swamps

Dean is a truck driver who has been traveling a route between North Carolina and Georgia for over 18 years. During one of his trips in August 1979, he and three other men went on a fishing trip to Ontario, Canada. As they were driving along a road heavily forested on both sides, Dean saw something unusual in the swamp to their right. According to Dean, there was a huge creature standing in the water up to its knees. The creature was covered in bright red or orange-brown hair and was over 10 feet tall, weighing around 1,000 pounds. Dean's friend, who was sitting in the passenger seat, also saw the creature and they both knew it wasn't a bear. For years, Dean and his friend never spoke about what they saw, but one day, they finally had the conversation. Dean asked his friend if he remembered the creature they saw in Ontario in 1979, and his friend confirmed that he did. When Dean asked if it was a bear, his friend whispered, "No, it wasn't a bear." The channel's owner, who is a friend of Dean's, believes his story and has given him permission to use his name. Dean is a truthful person, and the owner believes that he saw a Bigfoot.
