Ralph and his father, along with their friends, took a trip to Northern Ontario, Canada, for a week of fishing. They stayed in a remote cabin, guided by a local named Mr. Mike. One day, while canoeing, they heard loud whooping noises and the sound of something crashing through the woods, keeping pace with them. Suddenly, a large splash occurred next to their canoe, causing all of their gear to fall into the lake. As they approached the shore, chunks of wood started flying out of the canopy, and they were pelted with what sounded like an army of whooping creatures. They quickly paddled away, seeking safety. That night, the cabin was attacked with what sounded like rocks hitting the roof and sides, accompanied by terrifying screaming and roaring. Mr. Mike, alarmed, fired his revolver through the side of the cabin to scare off the attackers. Ralph, many years later, believes they were attacked by a group of Bigfoots. The pieces of wood thrown at them were too heavy for any human to toss, and the screams were otherworldly and powerful.
