Strange UFO maneuver recorded over Payson, AZ

I know some of y'all follow UFO stuff and this video is AWESOME! You can see a small blinking flying object on the screen then from a little to the bottom right, another flying object accelerates to the first one the decelerates before stopping. This starts at about 0:16 on the video and you can see this person was recording along a road towards the end of the video. Check it out here:
