Bigfoot sightings and research aren't limited to North America, as evidenced by a recent video from Germany. The YouTube channel "World Bigfoot Central" shared a clip featuring Tom Coburn, a British expat living in Germany who has been researching the European wild man, or "Wilder Mann."
Coburn, who hails from the Shropshire-Stafford border in England, developed an interest in the outdoors and ancient man at a young age. His mother taught him about cavemen and hominids, while his father instilled in him a love for the woods by planting a woodland. One day, when Coburn was 12, he and his sister saw a black panther in a back field, which sparked his curiosity about cryptids.
As an adult, Coburn moved to Germany 10 years ago and began noticing strange occurrences in the forests. He's found numerous prints and heard wood knocks and rock clacks. In the past couple of years, he's started recording his findings, believing that the public should know about them.
Coburn notes that the forests in Germany are vast and have been preserved for centuries. However, most Germans stick to the beaten path when they venture into the woods. Coburn, on the other hand, enjoys exploring off the beaten track and has made several intriguing discoveries as a result.
During the interview, Coburn shares some of his findings, including photos and videos of possible Bigfoot prints and structures. He also discusses the challenges of researching Bigfoot in Germany, such as the language barrier and the fact that many Germans are skeptical of the creature's existence.
Despite these challenges, Coburn remains passionate about his research and is eager to share his findings with the Bigfoot community. His experiences serve as a reminder that the search for Bigfoot isn't limited to North America and that there may be undiscovered cryptids waiting to be found in forests around the world.
