Oregon: A Hotbed for Sasquatch Activity If you're a Bigfoot enthusiast, you'll be excited to learn about the latest sightings and evidence coming out of Oregon. Known for its beautiful landscapes and outdoor activities, Oregon is also a hotbed for Sasquatch activity, sitting between the number one and two reported Bigfoot hot spots in the world, Washington State and California. The YouTube channel Rocky Mountain Sasquatch recently shared a video featuring several intriguing sightings and encounters in Oregon. One of the most exciting pieces of evidence is a photo purportedly taken in the Clamo Mountains of Northern California, just south of the Oregon Caves. The image shows a large, sasquatch-shaped subject in the canyons along the Clamo River near the Happy Camp area. This area has a long history of Sasquatch sightings by settlers and the local Native American tribe, the Kurak r, who called the creature the Hayman. Another fascinating account comes from a Pilot Rock resident who saw a Bigfoot looking in their window. The witness, John H, described the creature as having "dermal ridges" and left a 16-inch footprint behind. John has since made an effort to provision the subject creatures by leaving food items available, hoping to encourage future visitation and observations. In Silverton, Oregon, a school teacher had a close encounter with a female Sasquatch near the city in 1996. The witness, Amus, described the creature as a beautiful gold-brown color with at least 10 inches of hair. The Sasquatch stood up and stared at the witness for a full 10 seconds before disappearing behind a large boulder. These are just a few of the intriguing sightings and encounters shared in the Rocky Mountain Sasquatch video. If you're interested in learning more, be sure to check out the full video on YouTube and visit their channel for additional content. And, as always, if you have a sighting or encounter of your own to share, we encourage you to submit it to the Rocky Mountain Sasquatch team for further investigation. Happy squatching!
