A fascinating account of possible Bigfoot activity in the Boundary Waters area of Minnesota has been shared on the YouTube channel, Bigfoot Society. The witness, Sean, describes his experience during a camping trip with friends in September 2021. Sean, who is based in West Central Minnesota, had always been interested in Bigfoot but wasn't actively searching for it during his trip. However, things took an interesting turn when he and his friend heard four distinct wood knocks while portaging their canoes. The knocks were too much of a coincidence for the two friends, who both have an interest in the subject. Throughout their trip, they heard the knocks five out of the six times they portaged, and each time, they heard them when they were on the ground carrying their gear and again when they were back in the water pushing off. On the third day of their trip, Sean saw something unusual while fishing on a lake. He heard crashing and cracking noises coming from a hillside covered in deadfall. When he looked up, he saw what he described as a grayish-black matted fur, possibly the back or shoulder of something moving along the hillside. Sean's friend, who was on the other side of the lake, also heard the movement and described seeing a figure scramble up from the shore into the rocks and foliage. While the witness didn't feel unsafe during the encounter, he couldn't shake off the feeling that something unusual was happening. The area they were in was remote, with few other groups around, and they only saw two other groups during their entire five-day trip. The possibility of Bigfoot activity in the Boundary Waters area is intriguing, and the witness's account is a compelling one.
