In a recent video from the YouTube channel Mysteries & Monsters, host Paul Bestall interviews Dr. Jeff Meldrum, a professor of anatomy and anthropology at Idaho State University and one of the most well-known scientific defenders of the possibility of an unknown species of primate or hominid living amongst us. Dr. Meldrum has been investigating Sasquatch cases for many years, and in this interview, he discusses some of the cases he's investigated, including the Paul Freeman case and the casts he received from Paul. Dr. Meldrum also covers some of the claims attached by witnesses to their Sasquatch encounters that seem to have been proven in modern investigations with great apes and monkeys. He talks about the infamous redwoods video, which was shot down in the Jedediah Smith Redwoods by a film crew shooting a TV and entertainment series called Out There. Dr. Meldrum was asked to help evaluate this piece of video footage, and it was this exercise that sparked his interest in Sasquatch and led him to reconsider his initial skepticism. As a scientist with expertise in comparative primate anatomy and biomechanics, Dr. Meldrum brings a unique perspective to the study of Sasquatch. He discusses the importance of footprint evidence in his research and how it has helped him to appreciate the body of evidence surrounding Sasquatch in a more objective way. If you're a Bigfoot believer, this interview is definitely worth a watch. Dr. Meldrum's expertise and experience in the field bring a level of credibility to the study of Sasquatch that is often lacking in other areas of the paranormal. He is a true advocate for the possibility of an unknown primate living in North America, and his work is helping to advance our understanding of this enigmatic creature. You can watch the full interview on the Mysteries & Monsters YouTube channel. And as always, if you have any Sasquatch sightings or encounters to report, be sure to share your story with us here at Squatchable. We believe!
