Ohio Camper's Intense Bigfoot Encounter at Bigfoot Ridge

A thrilling account of a possible Bigfoot encounter has been shared on the YouTube channel, Bigfoot Society. The witness, who prefers to remain anonymous, describes their experience at Bigfoot Ridge in Salt Fork State Park, Ohio. The witness, an individual from Central Ohio, has always been a believer in Bigfoot and considers themselves a "knower" after their encounter. They had heard about the Grassman, a term used to describe Bigfoot in Ohio, and decided to camp at Bigfoot Ridge during the Ohio Bigfoot Conference. On April 29, 2022, the witness arrived at their campsite, number six, around 8:00 or 9:00 PM. As they were setting up their tent, they heard rustling in the brush, which they attributed to raccoons. However, as they were using the restroom later that night, they heard a violent struggle and an animal being killed. Assuming it was a coyote or fox, the witness was shocked when they heard loud, deep grunts coming from the brush line. They described the grunts as sounding taller than them and unlike anything they had ever heard before. The witness couldn't shake the feeling that they had disturbed a Bigfoot kill and that the grunts were directed towards them. The witness also noted that there were people from the BFRO (Bigfoot Field Research Organization) camping nearby, but they didn't hear anything until the witness's tent lit up from the Mr. Heater. The witness heard the grunts again, this time more clearly, and realized that they were likely hearing a Bigfoot vocalization. Despite not getting any sleep that night, the witness left early the next morning and returned later that afternoon. They were approached by the BFRO members from New Jersey, who asked if they had heard anything during the night. This gave the witness validation that they weren't the only ones who had heard the strange noises. The witness's description of the vocalizations and their proximity to the brush line suggest that they may have had a close encounter with a Bigfoot. The fact that the vocalizations were heard after the witness's tent lit up from the Mr. Heater is particularly intriguing.
