Bigfoot enthusiasts, have you heard about the exciting convention that recently took place in Nebraska? Thanks to a video posted on the YouTube channel PunchiePaints, we can get a firsthand account of all the action. The video, titled "Saturday Night Paranormal with Friends," features Andrew from the famous Andrew and Gnomes Trucking Express. Andrew had the opportunity to attend the Bigfoot convention in Nebraska and share his experiences with us. One of the highlights of the convention was meeting Keith Crabtree, also known as the Legend of Boggy Creek monster from the 1972 film. At six feet five inches tall, Keith is an imposing figure, and Andrew was able to snap a photo with him. Keith shared a fascinating story about a time when a Bigfoot snuck up so close to his pickup that it tickled his foot! The convention was filled with big names in the Bigfoot community, including Blain Tyler and his wife Lisa from Canada, Christian McLoud the Cryptid Guru, Jim Meyers, Robert Krier, and Dave Scott. Andrew even got a picture with Dave and an autographed Space Out Radio poster. The convention was held at the State Fairgrounds and ran from 9 am to 8 pm on Friday and 11 am to 4 pm on Saturday. Speakers shared their knowledge and experiences with the attendees, and there were even sightings of Bigfoot behind a local motel near the Platte River. Andrew also shared some interesting information about Bigfoot's hair being hollow and reflecting the colors around them, making them difficult to see in the forest. He even mentioned a trucker's report from the Bigfoot Museum in January about a 9-foot Bigfoot peeking into a trucker's window. The BFRO (Bigfoot Field Researchers Organization) may have been represented at the convention, but Andrew didn't see them. However, he did mention that there were no fights or arguments between the different groups of Bigfoot enthusiasts, which is always a positive thing. Overall, the Bigfoot convention in Nebraska sounds like it was an exciting and informative event, and we're grateful to Andrew and PunchiePaints for sharing their experiences with us.
