In a recent video from the YouTube channel Bigfoot Society, host Rob discusses an interview with Midwest Bigfoot researcher Bob Barhite. Barhite, who is based in Western Iowa, has been researching Bigfoot for many years and has had some fascinating experiences. During the interview, Barhite shares the story of a man he interviewed in Northeast Iowa in the late 1970s. The man claimed to have seen a Bigfoot on his farm while clearing stumps. The creature was all brown and too big to be a hobo, and it walked away when the man approached it. This sighting occurred in an area that is still known for Bigfoot activity to this day. Barhite also talks about his involvement with the BFRO (Bigfoot Field Researchers Organization) and his participation in their Expeditions. He has been on numerous Expeditions throughout the Midwest, as well as in Oregon. One particularly memorable Expedition in Oregon took place in 2013, where Barhite and his team followed up on a report from a Hunter and his son who were hassled by a couple of Bigfoots for five hours. The team found a trackway and evidence of a Sasquatch standing on two tree stumps in a clearcut. Barhite's enthusiasm and passion for Bigfoot research is contagious, and it's clear that he has had many exciting experiences throughout his years of research.
