A new and intriguing YouTube channel has caught my attention, and I just had to share it with all the fellow Bigfoot enthusiasts out there! The channel, called "From The Shadows," features hosts Shane Grove and Amy Buu, who recently interviewed two incredible women from the Blackfeet tribe, Leilani and Carrie Ly, about their Pikuni Bigfoot Storytelling Project. In this captivating project, Leilani and Carrie Ly are dedicated to documenting and sharing stories about Bigfoot, or IMO as they refer to it in their tribe, from both historical and contemporary perspectives. These ladies are not only preserving their cultural heritage but also collecting current encounters and experiences, which is simply amazing! During the interview, Leilani shares her personal experience of seeing Bigfoot when she was just 19 years old, which solidified her belief in their existence. Her family had always talked about Bigfoot, but it wasn't until her own sighting that she truly understood the reality of these beings. Leilani and Carrie Ly's YouTube channel showcases their adventures in the great outdoors, including snowshoeing deep into the forest to gather stories and evidence. They also share their family's stories, like the time Leilani's grandmother heard rocks being thrown at her while riding her horse – an experience she now believes was a close encounter with Bigfoot. The Pikuni Bigfoot Storytelling Project is a fantastic addition to the Bigfoot community, and I highly encourage everyone to check out their YouTube channel and support their efforts. By sharing these stories and experiences, Leilani and Carrie Ly are helping to bridge the gap between different cultures and beliefs, ultimately bringing us all closer to understanding the mysterious and elusive IMO. Happy squatching!
