On my 4rth day on the North Boundary Trail in Jasper National Park I finished climbing a hill to see a bear's head and shoulders come in to view. It wasn't until the bear saw me that I realized there was 2 cubs too! After she sent her cubs off she came over to me to keep me busy... I'm happy she stopped at like 10 feet before heading off after her cubs...
